Because time-consuming and expensive purification procedures hinder the widespread application of single-ingredient cyclodextrins, enzymes with enhanced specificity are needed. In this study, we tested the hypothesis that the α Amano Enzyme, Inc. (Japan), and was used without further puriﬁ-cation.
